A Poncho, is a one piece rectangle sewed together that you pull over your head.  You can wear it two different ways. Pull over head, and have the front seam run down the  center of the chest. Make a collar with the material around the neck. Second way, pull over head, have the seam run down a shoulder and arm. Collar should look like a cowls neck.
